Tea Green Tea with Orchard Peach Fruit 4 medium peaches, peeled & diced 400g strawberries, hulled and cut in half
Tea Green Tea with Braeburn Apple Fruit 2 medium Braeburn apples, peeled & diced 2 medium pears, peeled & diced 400g of strawberries, hulled and cut in half
Tea Green tea with zesty lemon Fruit 2 medium green apples, peeled & diced 2 medium pears, peeled & diced 2 medium nectarines, peeled & diced 200g strawberries, hulled and cut in half
2/3 cup crème fraîche or mascarpone cheese 1 teaspoon vanilla extract NB. If using Mascarpone cheese, use 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and add 2 tablespoons of sifted icing sugar or powdered sweetener to the mix.
Use any fruit you like in the same quantities as suggested.
