- To analyze visits to the website and learn about the interests of our visitors in aggregate and also on a personal level to better understand our visitors’ interests and needs, so we can improve our products and services and deliver to you the type of content, features and promotions that you are most interested in.
Who Manages Visitors’ Information
The Healtheries website and the information collected are managed and controlled by: Vitaco Health NZ Limited, Corner of Kordel Place and Accent Drive East Tamaki, Auckland New Zealand. The servers that host the Healtheries website are located in New Zealand.
Protection of Visitors’ information
In order to protect the information you provide to us by visiting our website we have implemented various security measures. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of people, who have special access rights and are required to keep the information confidential.
Please keep in mind though that whenever you give out personal information online there is a risk that third parties may intercept and use that information. While Healtheries strives to protect its user's personal information and privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online and you do so at your own risk.

Disclosing Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without informing you in advance and in accordance with applicable data protection law, except as described below. Your data may be transferred to website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in designing and operating the website, executing services (for instance prize fulfilment) or help us analyze collected data. These parties will only use your data for the purpose of carrying out the work as indicated and will be required to keep the information confidential. We will also release personal data if such is required by law. We may also release your personal data to any third party if you have expressly authorised us to do so.
Links to Third Parties
You can turn off all cookies, if you prefer not to receive them. You can also have your computer warn you whenever cookies are being used. For both options you have to adjust your browser settings (e.g. Internet Explorer). There are also software products available that can manage cookies for you. Please be aware though that when you have set your computer to reject cookies, it can limit the functionality of the website you visit and it’s possible then that you do not have access to some of the features on the website.
User Generated Content
All opinions, remarks, comments, artwork, graphics, photographs, links, questions, suggestions, information, videos and other materials that you or other users of the Healtheries site post to the site or transmit using the site (User Generated Content) will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. Healtheries shall have the non-exclusive, royalty-free right and licence to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any User Generated Content for any purpose, in any medium and throughout the world.
You acknowledge and agree that Healtheries only acts as a passive conduit for the distribution of the User Generated Content and is not responsible or liable to you or to any third party for the content or accuracy of or for any offensive, unlawful objectionable or defamatory content you may encounter in the User Generated Content. Healtheries will not be continuously monitoring User Generated Content published by you or other users or moderating between users, nor shall Healtheries be under an obligation to do so. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that any remarks, opinions, comments, suggestions and other information expressed or included in the User Generated Content do not necessarily represent those of Healtheries. Any use by you of the User Generated Content is entirely at your own risk. You represent and warrant that any User Generated Content posted or transmitted by you is original to you and does not copy the work of any third party or otherwise infringe any third party intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or personality rights and does not contain any offensive, unlawful, objectionable or defamatory content.
Healtheries reserves the right at its sole discretion to block, remove (in whole or part) or restrict any User Generated Content posted or transmitted by you or any other user and which Healtheries believes is unacceptable for any reason without notice, and without liability to you or anyone else.

Changes to the Policy
