Summer Punch

A refreshing and gorgeous looking drink made from fruit tea that is perfect for a hot summers day to wow your guests or simply enjoy as

  • 1 litre apple juice
  • 4 Fruit or Herbal Tea bags
  • 1 tray ice cubes
  • 1 litre sparkling mineral water
  • 1 pink rose, washed

Makes

Makes 2 litres (approx. 8 serves)

Method

  1. Pour the apple juice into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Take off the heat and put the tea bags into the juice. Allow juice to cool.
  3. When cold, remove the tea bags and pour the infused juice into a punch bowl.
  4. Just before serving, add the ice cubes and sparkling mineral water. Separate the petals from the rose and scatter these over the punch.

Serving Suggestions

Serve as a non-alcoholic alternative at parties in cocktail glasses or champagne flutes.
