Chicken Nuggets
Always a favourite with children and adults alike!
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry bread
- 2 eggs
- 2 kg chicken mince
- Light Canola oil
Method
- Soften the dry bread in water. Squeeze water out of the bread and crumble in hands
- Mix all ingredients together
- Roll mixture into the balls
- Fry in oil or for a healthier option bake for 20 min
- Serve with tomato sauce or to make it more fun for children, place on a bamboo skewer
