Chicken Nuggets

Always a favourite with children and adults alike!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry bread 
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 kg chicken mince
  • Light Canola oil

Method

  • Soften the dry bread in water. Squeeze water out of the bread and crumble in hands
  • Mix all ingredients together
  • Roll mixture into the balls
  • Fry in oil or for a healthier option bake for 20 min
  • Serve with tomato sauce or to make it more fun for children, place on a bamboo skewer
